Our Order Decline/Cancel Policy:

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:


a. Insufficient stock or inventory to fulfill the order.

Inaccurate or incomplete customer information is provided during the ordering process.

Suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the order.

b. If an order is declined or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer by sms using the contact information provided during the ordering process.

c. In the event of an order decline or cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund of any payment made.
